Refunds & Returns Policy

At Vero Motorsport, we take pride in the quality of the products we supply and aim to provide every customer with a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, returns and refunds. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Parcels are shipped with transit insurance of up to $100. This insurance does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the ACL.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item appears damaged, faulty or incorrect. Notifying us promptly helps us assess the issue. This timeframe does not affect your rights under the ACL.

We may ask for clear photos or videos to assess the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, not as described or otherwise covered by a consumer guarantee, we will provide the remedy required under the ACL. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Where a return is required for a confirmed fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Customer Cancellations and Change-of-Mind Returns

Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as Vero Motorsport store credit. This applies to all orders, including orders for in-stock items, pre-order items and special-order items.

Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery, subject to these conditions:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled and in brand-new, resalable condition.
• Items must include all original packaging and hardware.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit, less the 20% restocking fee.

Returns will not be accepted if an item has been used or installed, or is missing components. Please contact us with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back.

These cancellation and change-of-mind terms do not apply where a customer is entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

Sale and Clearance Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions or clearance are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under the ACL for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Return Process

To request a cancellation or return, contact our team with your order number and the reason for your request before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can look into the issue.
