To keep things fair for every customer, a price match needs to meet these:

⏱ Live pricing only The lower price must be current when you contact us — not a past sale or an expired promotion.

What qualifies for a price match? The exact same product - same brand, brand new and in stock - advertised at a lower price in AUD by another Australian retailer, with a live link or a current dated quote. If it ticks those boxes, we’ll match it, and usually beat it. Do you match overseas or marketplace prices? No. The promise covers Australian retailers advertising in AUD. We can’t match overseas or grey-import stock, or auction and marketplace listings (like eBay or Facebook Marketplace), where stock and warranty can’t be verified. Do you match a price after I’ve already ordered? Price matches are best sorted before you order - send us the details and we’ll confirm your price first. If you’ve just ordered and then spotted a qualifying price, reach out anyway and we’ll do our best to help. Do you beat prices as well as match them? Wherever we can, yes. We’ll always match a qualifying price, and in most cases we’ll go one better and beat it. Send it through and we’ll tell you exactly what we can do. How long does a price match take? Usually the same day. Once you send the product and a link to the competitor’s live price, we’ll review it against the conditions and come straight back to you with your confirmed price. What proof of the competitor’s price do you need? Either a direct link to the competitor’s live listing, or a current written quote showing their business name and ABN, dated within the last 30 days. The price also needs to be live at the time you contact us. Does the competitor’s price include shipping? Yes - we compare the total landed price, so any shipping and handling is counted in on both sides. That keeps the comparison fair and makes sure you’re genuinely getting the better deal.
